 Jimmy Donaldson (born May 7 1998) popularly referred to as MrBeast in the US, is an American YouTube celebrity. He is also an entrepreneur and philanthropist. 6 He is credited with establishing the YouTube video style that focuses on extreme stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson, who was 13 when he started uploading videos to YouTube under the name "MrBeast6000". His initial content consisted of "Let's Plays" as well as "videos estimating wealth of other YouTubers." Following the 2017 "Counting to 100,000" video received tens and thousands of views within a couple of days, Donaldson became a YouTube sensation. His early content included Let's Plays as well as videos that predicted the wealth of other YouTubers. Donaldson hired his childhood friends to manage the brand after it started to grow. The MrBeast channel had 60 subscribers as of 2022. It reached 100 million subscribers on the 28th of July 2022.
